We had a miniature black poodle when I was about 12 years old.  It was a puppy chosen from a litter, and was very much loved by my whole family.  Sadly we only had him for 4 years before he became ill and travelled across the rainbow bridge.  Still have fond memories of him even after all these years.

As a kid I had a guinea pig - well, for a while.

That was until the day I went out to the shed to see it, 

and discovered, it was in fact a she, and she had produce babies!

We rescued Beanie from a shelter around Christmas time.  She is sweet, growing fast and exploring all over the place.  She always seems to like to climb on the chair legs that we have around the dining room table.  She does a pretty good balancing act.

Drawn with pen and then painted in with Corel Paint (online digital painting).  When I saw this pose I wanted to try it.

ok, some may have seen this drawing before, but little Hamish has to make an appearance doesn't he. Not our pet, but belongs to our daughter, he is still family.

Henry V Has been a family member almost ten years. He's got no cares about shedding on clean laundry! 

That's where I found him this morning,  so I quickly grabbed a ball point pen from a drawer and sketched him in his happy place!

Greetings!  Please accept my apologies, but I've not had time to participate due to my schedule during the school year.  As a dog and cat lover, I also couldn't let this opportunity to go to feature the newest addition to our family.  Toto appears to be a Cairn Terrier and Poodle mix.  My daughter found him wandering the street and almost ran over him.  He was flea and tick infested, his main was matted, had worms, and was underweight.  After a good grooming, dipping, a trip to the vet, and a healthy diet, he is looking very healthy, perky, and happy.  We wouldn't mind finding him a new home, since we have 3 other dogs and a cat. However, we would be very picky as to whom we'd let him go with.  Blessings!
