A walk along the cliffs yesterday gave me the inspiration for this painting. I got Texture into this by using some Daniel Smith Watercolor Ground in a thick layer on the paper, and drew into it before it dried to leave the rock patterns. Once dry, I then added the paint.

ReplyDeleteIt's very good for texture Penny. I've used it on canvas but this was the first time using it on paper for watercolour.
