Our ACEO 30/30 challenge group in Facebook has a Spring Theme this week as well, so here is my first baby robin, painted from a photo at morguefile.com. His mouth (beak?) is too big, but you would not know if you did not see the reference photo. 2.5 x 3.5 inches watercolor and pen on heavy paper. If any of you like to paint tiny, it is an open group. We change themes every week, and only paint ATC size, but it keeps my ebay store in stock!

This is BEAUTIFUL Penny, what a lovely little robin he is. So pleased you added him here as well as over at ACEO. ~ incidentally I took a look over there via your Link and have put in a request to join in too - Thanks ;)
ReplyDeleteLove the robin you posted on 30/30, Ann. Welcome! I think I will post the PPP&P link there as well to see if we can get more action here.
DeleteThanks Penny, that's a great idea, much appreciated. I add it to my blog each week too. I'd welcome any of you posting here to do that too on your own blogs, thanks!
DeleteOhh, that is so great, Ann. I am one of the moderators, so I will go add you now. You don't have to participate every day, just when you feel like it, very much like here. You just add your ACEO to the proper album and comment on it so it will appear in the timeline! Yaaaay. Can't wait to see yours.
ReplyDeleteOh this is so great! I love his great colors and the open beak...maybe announcing Spring!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Joan. I think he just wants food! LOL.
ReplyDeleteThis is one happy and healthy bird! Thanks for sharing all the other drawing opportunities, but I can barely keep up with all I'm doing now!
ReplyDeleteWell, I have lots of spare time, Lynn. And I need LOTS of inspiration. LOL. Have fun!
