  3. This is so fun! Thank you for posting! It is so incredible that you get to meet. And sketch, and go for walks on the beach! If you don't mind sharing the story, how did you two meet in the first place?

    1. Margaret we met through blogging. Isn't that crazy wonderful?! I have actually met up with ten folks I met on line in Sketchbook Skool in Amsterdam and we had a day of drawing together; then I met two more Sketchbook Skool friends in Austria and we three drew together on two different days; and now I am with Ann and her husband and their wonderful dog William; and Ann and I are drawing together for three or four days here where she is in the UK. It's just been a wonderful adventure and a great growing our friendship. I do hope Ann makes it to the US to visit us before too long as well.

  5. Hi....thanks everyone, so pleased you like seeing our Chat time. Margaret, you ask how we met. That's something we have tried to remember ourselves. I'm pretty sure I was looking through a blog list and saw Lynn's name and checked out her drawings....from there I followed her work.

    2. Where and whenever it was we are eternally grateful. This internet thing has created more REAL friendships than I could ever imagine possible. And the fact that there can be follow through in person even across continents is amazing and wonderful. It makes our world smaller and more wonderful when this happens. But even when that's not possible we have created connections for sharing art, learning from each other, risking being seen, and gaining great prizes for doing so ... As people are good and kind and wonderful from all over. Enjoy the friendships you make this way whether you are lucky enough to meet in person or not. It's rich and a joy!
