I have given a try, three tries, to get Elaines beautiful features on the paper. I can not decide, which one of them is most like her. So I let you do it instead.
This first one I did last. They all are aquarelles in size 32x24cm.
This is the second one.
And this I did first. I had not realized yet the eyes and nose, how they should look. So when I look at these pictures I get more and more the feeling, that the first one which I did last, has most likness . What do you think?
Personally I think the first one, but they are all beautiful!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Sandee! I am glad you told your opinion.
DeleteThese are so good Sirkka.....I think I like the first one best of all :-)
ReplyDeleteThank you Ann! I understand you so good:)
DeleteWow, Sirkka, they are all beautiful but I think the top one captures the Elaine I've seen best...that gentle but intense tilt of the head, and gaze...
ReplyDeleteMargaret, I am more and more convinced of the first one, thank you.
DeleteWow this is amazing. Each one has little differences but you know who it is. Well done
ReplyDeleteNicole/Beadwright
Thank you, Nicole. So different they are and yet the same model.
DeleteSirkka, these are great! I think you captured her best in the first one. Super job!
ReplyDeleteOk, Joan, thank you! I think in the same way, but the others have their points too. Thanks again.
DeleteWow Sirkka, I can't decide which one I like best! I think I must agree with you and everyone else, that the top one is the closest. I can't believe you did this three times! I know it's hard to do my face -- I don't have a bridge in my nose like a European! And my eyes look cross eyed just because of my face's shape!
ReplyDeleteThanks jaguarish for stopping by. I have been waiting for your comment. You are right, your nice nose was a problem to get right, I did not think on it before I tried to do it.. And the eyes too. But I hope you like these. I have these portraits on my blog to day too and some on the fb.
