Daily Life, Grocery Shopping by Joan Tavolott

I don't know about anyone else but it seems like I'm forever doing grocery shopping. I eat so many veggies I am buying fresh produce every few days. I sketched this in one of our local grocery stores this afternoon. I did it directly in pen.

    Oh how I would have loved to have caught you drawing there Joan! Not sure I could do that. Well, of course I could, but would I?

    I am always so harassed at the supermarket I can't imagine being able to draw this well! You have captured the scene beautifully.

      I sketched in the store and had my little paint set too, but I forgot my water brush so I did the color at home. Thanks.

    Fantastic sketch - and in pen, no less! Wow! I erase so much that I don't dare try a pen. This is wonderful!

      I usually use a pencil but challenge myself once in a while to work directly in ink or watercolor so I don't erase so much. Thanks so much.
