Animals, The bovine, Cow, Sirkka Jalava

Yesterday I played with colors, wanted to paint a cow, but did not found a suitable reference or right inspiration and then only sketched this resting bovine in a few minutes.- Now I feel it is not so bad and I find it a little humoristic too. So, why not to show it here. I love cows, I think they are clever, they are so good and warm and they are the best friends of the mankind. The mankind who treats them now as mashines in the production, not as living beings. (Am i again too pessimistic?) Allthough the mankind must be greatful to cows because the human beings are alive thanks the cow.

    OOO, your cow is absolutely WONDERFUL. What talent you have to be able to do this in just a few minutes. WHERE was I when the Good Lord passed out talents...??? Behind the door, I guess. hahhaaa.....

    Cute expression of cow. Like a real stare with if he could talk ( What you say Willis.) Take the picture and be off. I am enjoying my sit down time.

    I get humor really from his face expression. Your drawing is like bj says. Wonderful!
