"The Old Swing by the Tree"
I tried to indicate the shadow beneath the swing, but I don't know if that worked or not. Watercolor and pen on 140# hot press WC Paper, ATC size, 2.5 x 3.5 inches.

Precious. I love swings and swinging on them. Love the stone wall too! Shadow looks fine.
ReplyDeleteThis painting is so sweet. Reminds me of times gone by when swings were something included in every day play and life. Great job. So much detail in such a small painting, I keep seeing other creatives working with the small sizes and now I am ready to try it out. Happy PPF Penny and the shadowing looks great to me.
ReplyDeleteHi Penny. How I want a swing so bad. I want to swing on your swing. One day soon I will have my husband put one up for me. Great job!
