I first painted the hand pump, then imagined the other two scenes which evolved into a Tryptic, 3 paintings that go together to form one. These are ATC size, 2.5 x 3.5 inches. Acrylic on Linen paper. I had the frame and wanted to use it so it became "Bath Time." There is a red hand pump in our back yard (see my earlier post) which inspired the original drawing. The rest is from my imagination.

The little guy peeking over the side gave me a morning giggle! How clever to make three fit together this way. Wonderful Trytipic.
ReplyDeleteGreat idea. The pump alone is a really nice card.
ReplyDeletethat is lovely, Beautiful Trytipic!
ReplyDeleteNicely done, especially the pump. You inspired me to do a few ATC sized pieces today.
ReplyDeleteThe tryptic frame is such a cool way to display your ATCs! Love the pump on it's own but it is great in the scene, too. Why is the text so small on your posts? It's only that way on yours, for some reason. I can barely read them.
ReplyDeleteI love that you used your imagination with the tryptic - lovely paintings :-)
ReplyDeleteThanks everyone! Glad you liked my tripple painting. Melisa, I will check out the type I use. Probably checked the wrong box!
