It took many years to figure out my daughter had an egg allergy. It really limits her diet of foods she once loved! Just recently she adapted my moms oatmeal cookie recipe and added cadbury mini eggs! So yummy!

"Close to Home" Giggles

This is my first post on Lynns wonderful new blog, I usually blog weekly  as Giggles at Happy Tiler.  I'm very excited to be a part of such a talented eclectic group of artist! Thank you Lynn for including me!

Canadians love their Hockey! Even if  you're not a regular fan when your Olympic team is playing for gold  you get on the band wagon and cheer!  So Sunday at four thirty in the morning our family did just that! To celebrate our gold medal win my adult Children went outside our front door and created a very patriotic snowman!! It's rare to win gold, but it's also rare to see snow for more than a few days during winter in Southern British Columbia.....I decided to commemorate the moment by painting our snowman!
