Sunset over Montego Bay in Jamaica. Although I grew up on a beach, I've lived most of my life in the land locked Western part of the USA. Naturally, any chance I get I love to go to the beach. This painting was inspired by a business trip to Jamaica.

Wow!...love this painting CL. What great colour combination :-)
ReplyDeleteGlad you like the colour combos!
DeleteOne of my oils, and the first time I used a palette knife for painting. The other one I did of the same scene sold right off of the easel in class. Glad you love it Ann!
ReplyDeleteWonderful light reflections on water!!
ReplyDeleteLynn, glad you liked the reflections! They certainly were bright there!
DeleteI really like the glow of this one. Nicely done!!
ReplyDeleteThis painting was done at the same time as the other Montego Bay. Also with a palette knife. Some people liked this one the best; some liked the brighter colors of the other one. Thanks for leaving a comment!
