People at the Park by Joan Tavolott

When I was in NYC the other day I went to Union Square Park to sketch. It was fun to see all the activity there now that it actually feels like spring here. I could have stayed for hours capturing some of the activities going on...too bad I had a train to catch. I did do one sketch of people sitting on benches while an entertaining accordion player came through and one of several people sitting around one of the fountains.

    These are wonderful, full of life and yes, spring has sprung there!!! Love the accordion player too!
