Cups and Mugs, "Mom's Royal Doulton Cups", Lynn Cohen
My mother collected Royal Doulton cups and figurines. I guess I inherited them. They are in a hutch in our living room. It was fun to draw them. The guy on the left always reminded me of my grandpa Abe, got his smile. Don't think these were ever intended for drinking. They are hand painted china.

Great job on these mugs Lynn. Lovely to see them. We call these type of mugs 'Toby Jugs'.
ReplyDeleteI never heard that before Ann, thanks.
DeleteGood job Lynn. Why Toby jugs ann?
ReplyDeleteThanks Cris.
DeleteOh you did a fab job of character looks of them. Never was knowing they had them as the R.D. You learn new things.
ReplyDeleteI really prefer if I had a choice the nicer R.D being dainty.
Thanks Carol Ann.
