Great sketch of the doll!!! I love her colorful outfit. My two older sisters had Madame Alexander dolls. From what I remember they were expensive, so I guess I must have been too young to buy something that cost too much. lol It is great that you kept it and it is still in such great condition.
I wonder if they were expensive in my day. My parents did not have a lot of money, and were not known to give extravagant gifts. Lucky me. I have kept her of late in a basket of other dolls for my grand children to play with. Yael did not want to "keep" this doll. Maybe Allie will.
