Music and Musicians, Paint blob instrument, Ann Hyde

Okay, so this isn't an ACTUAL instrument, but I saw a paint blob on a spare piece of paper today and it looked just like a violin or guitar(ish)  or something.  I added the top which made it look even more like an instrument.    Now I'll go away and rest a while, lol.

    It sure does Ann. I can see what you saw and love your turning it into the instrument! Hope you had a good rest afterwards. I can see where that would have taken a lot out of you. ;-)

    That's great fun! Especially because it looks really like an instrument, it could be a cello as well.
    I think that's art: To do very little with so much expression....

    Ann, I love it! It really does look like a very cool instrument. There are all sorts of interesting Middle Eastern stringed instruments that this could be, too...

    I love the freedom of this and the clever idea of turning it into a musical instrument. It's amazing how the imagination suddenly leaps to a conversion of a blob to the instrument.

      I do that all the time Jez, ......Shadows - Clouds etc all seem to look like something different. Only yesterday, husb. (William the lurcher) and I were out for a late afternoon walk and we came across a large bag left by a hedge over near the sea. At first I thought it was a dog....now I really do need my glasses!!
