Animals, "Ms Henri", Lynn Cohen
Last night Henry V laid on my chest as he is want to do, us face to face, nose to nose, so this drawing of him (in ink only, Micron pen) came out rather wonky, nose too short, not his face at all. But a rather female version of Henry I'd say. Oh well, it kept me busy for a while and out of trouble.

He is a big pussy cat. I like it. He reminds me of the Cat in one of Walt Disney Movies. It may of been the cat with the bad sisters of Cinderella. Lucifer. I know Walt Disney back then had allot of cats in movies..
ReplyDeleteHenry looks cool. He also looks like he is sniffing something. I love the nose to nose thing. My can Nonsense and I used to rub noses. She's gone but we had her for 21 years. Great sketch.
ReplyDeletePurrr-fectly delightful! I'm sure Henry is happy with it. Nice hatching on the fur!
ReplyDeleteJoan took my line...I was going to say Purrrfect! (Oh, I did) lol :-)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Carol, Gloria, Joan and Ann!
ReplyDeleteHe is SO cute, I love the "female version" too…and I love the look of this page!
ReplyDeleteI love the hatching and scribbling you have used for the texture and shading, and because I don't know Henry he looks pretty good to me in the drawing.
ReplyDeleteHis posture says it Lynn, "I'm Cat!" Love!
