There was two men sitting in the rock and talking.
I saw two "love locks" attached to the railing.
Ours few friends came to us and when one played guitar and others listened him, I did few quick sketches.

Love these sketches Mia, especially the last one with your horse.
ReplyDeleteAll lovely sketches, and your pony drawing is amazing. Sounds like a lovely day out and makes me think of the Forest of Dean in UK.
ReplyDeleteMia,
ReplyDeleteWow your work of art is amazing. The first one is striking good. The horse is so real like.my fav. How long does it take you to do all these?
Thank you so much for you all! :)
ReplyDeleteCarol, The first three took few minutes (less than ten minutes I guess) sketching and coloring took few minutes.
Horse drawing took little bit more (maybe ten minutes plus coloring?).
Everyone made directly with marker.
GREAT sketches Mia!!
ReplyDeleteSmiles, Saskia :)
Mia I just love your visual diary. Pulls me right into your world. Your horse is so adorable. What is s/he called? Happy PPF Hugs Emma x
ReplyDeleteThank you! His name is Aakon and I call him Ako (It's just a name, doesn't mean anything -> Lovely name anyway)! :)
DeleteThese are all truly lovely. This is memory art. Very nice

A of all, you and your dear are adorable, and I love your line work. The expression on your face is absolutely perfect and completely endearing!
ReplyDeleteNumber B, you captured something wonderfully intimate in that first sketch of the two men on the rock. Go you. (Let me assure you, by way of context, that when I do a "quick sketch," it looks rather like I did a "drunk sketch." Sigh. Maybe even double sigh.)
Love your sketches Mia. I really love them all, but the one with the horse really captures my heart.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely day you show us here. I like the quietness of the woodsy area, the men quiet in conversation, those locks that mean love, how interesting; and the horse and it's master storybook quality!
ReplyDeleteGreat sketches, Mia! I like those of the musicians. Nice lines in your sketches.
ReplyDeleteWonderful sketches. My favorite is the last one with your dear horse. You look so happy in that one.
ReplyDeleteMia, these are some beautiful scenes and sketches. Very human. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteMia these are very fun and expressive sketches and paintings! My fave is the 3rd and 4th!
ReplyDeleteOh, thank you all, I'm so thankful and appreciate your words!
ReplyDeleteI got a new inspiration to keep up a drawing journal! Thank you!! :)
