Yesterday we spent some time at the beach in Fort Bragg, CA on the Forth of July! It was sunny, but not too hot, beautiful sitting at this vantage point overlooking the ocean and people enjoying the beach and water to draw!

"Summertime" Lynn Cohen
I drew this the other day for EDJ (Every Day in June) challenge for the theme: Vacation. Fits for our Summer theme perfectly too!!! This is me, at age 19 when I went on a solo vacation to Mexico. I had a fabulous time, lived on the beach for a week in Acapulco, got the best tan of my life, and met fabulously friendly wonderful people. I will never forget my time in Mexico. I traveled the country for three weeks before taking off for Europe and Israel. Oh those were the days ...
