This is why I have not been posting. I have been sick. I woke last Monday with a sore throat, then got the sniffles. By Wed I had a chest infection. I went to class but was too exhausted to do much. Have been spending most of my time in bed since then. Still not feeling good. Think its time for a visit to the doctor, home remedies are not helping much right now.
Cough mixture, butter menthols to suck on and a hankerchief at the ready...

I hope you get better soon Ann. Nice drawing of the two people, also nice of your still life. Shocked are you, me visiting you, sorry, I haven`t been around. All the best Ann, and get well soon.
ReplyDeleteVic.
Think you got me confused with someone else Vic but the sentiments are appreciated :)
DeleteLike your drawings Jacqui even though you have been sick, that's a horrible time for you. Hope you get better very soon. I see Vic left a comment, but seems to have been a bit confused with names bless him :-)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the kind words.
DeleteThis is definitely a part of daily life, but not one that most of us care to experience. I hope you feel better soon!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks Joan.
DeleteJacquiP get better soon. Nice sketch. Wish you could get it larger but it is only the nasty stuff right.
ReplyDeletePoor you not up to par.
Thanks. The pic was bigger but it came out smaller here for some reason. You aren't missing much.. lol
DeleteI haven't really the energy for commenting, but when I saw your post I had a fellow feeling - feeling unwell is not fun, and I hope that your nasty chest infection clears up soon, and that you get back on your feet feeling healthy again.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much Jez. Hope things are brighter for you soon too.
DeleteI know what a bummer this is, as it was me a week or so ago! Cute sketch of all your home remedies!
