When I was down in Myrtle Beach, SC in March I found this crab washed up on the sand.
He was no longer alive and I took a few photos...perfect for here.

ReplyDeletelovely colors and the shadows :)
ReplyDeleteLynn said it - so real :-)
ReplyDeleteAt least the dead crab was stationary while you took the photo. I like the colours and always enjoy the shadows you paint.
ReplyDeleteThanks Karla, Lynn, Elisa, Ann, and Jez. I don't think he would have been so patient if he were still alive.
ReplyDeleteYou had a good opportunity to take the photo and paint the crab. Great job, Joan.
ReplyDeleteThis is wonderful, love the texture on his shell.
