My Grand Daughter's School
This is a picture that my five year old grand daughter and I drew together.
(I apologize to those of you who may have seen this before, but I am just so darned proud).

She described what her school looked like and the playground and I drew it.
Then she colored it and added some windows, the sun and that gorgeous rainbow.
We had fun.

This is adorable! I feel the love and pride Grandma, as I too drew with my grand children yesterday! (2 of 5)
ReplyDeleteSo much fun. Thanks
Deleteand well you should be its a beauty!!!!
ReplyDeleteThank you.
DeleteWhat fun, drawing a sketch together! Looks like there is another artist in the making!
ReplyDeleteWell, her Dad is an artist, my son-in-law. Her Mom, although she does not draw or paint is artistic in her own way. Que sera sera.
DeleteOh, I love that you drew it together!!! This is great! Looks like she is a budding artist.
ReplyDeleteCould be, it is in her genes. Thank you.
DeleteA wonderful collaboration and it is no wonder you are so proud of it. She will remember doing this, and for five years old she has coloured it so well. This sounds a good way to involve children in drawing activities.
ReplyDeleteThanks Jez. It is fun too. I am not big on tea parties, but drawing together is fun.
DeleteWhat a great time you have had with your grand-daughter...you have both come up with a great illustration of her school, love it :-)
ReplyDeleteThank you for your sweet comments.
DeleteI love it and I can understand you are proud! I have too grandchildren who love to draw and paint.
ReplyDeleteThank you. I love the freedom of the children's art.
