Water, windsurfers, Ann Hyde
On my recent visit to our daughter in South Devon, I saw this group of windsurfers having a lesson...so they promptly became a sketch!

I like how you sketched the windsurfers...you caught the action well, Ann!
ReplyDeleteThanks Joan, I think the windsurfers caught my eye because they kept falling off them into the deep, so when it came to drawing them, I just put some at an angle, lol :-)
DeleteWonderful sketch! How nice to document a visit with your daughter in such lovely art!
ReplyDeleteThanks Rose, my sketch journal is in my bag, so providing I don't forget my bag, I've always got a means for drawing :-)
DeleteYou always make it LOOK easy, Ann, but I KNOW it's NOT easy to capture a scene like that on paper so evocatively!
ReplyDeleteHonestly Donna it is easy, you just need to get the paint ready first :-)
DeleteYou caught the moment very well, Ann.
ReplyDeleteThanks Sirkka :-)
DeleteLovely, I can feel the movement in this!
ReplyDeleteThanks Sandee
DeleteFun to catch and you did so well, you make it all look so easy!
