Spring, Magnolia by Joan Tavolott

It may be nearly Spring but we don't have anything in bloom here yet. I had done this painting at my workshop last week. I used a photo of these two women in their saris that I took at the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens two years ago at cherry blossom time.

    Joan, this is so fitting for Spring with the ladies in their saris and the cherry blossom - a gorgeous painting altogether.
